SAFe serves as a guide to harmonize Agile development practices across an entire organization. By implementing Lean Software Development and Product Development Flow, you will understand how to create longer programs, referred to as Agile Release Trains, where groups of Agile teams collaborate to optimize quality and velocity to deliver even greater value to their stakeholders.
